Printed Program Advertising


Event programs will be distributed free to attendees while supplies last.

Program page size is 8.5" x 11" with .5" borders and .25" gutters. All prices are for full color ads.

Paper is 100lb Gloss Book with Aqueous Coating; similar to a glossy magazine.

Art should be supplied 1:1 at 300dpi. Supported graphic formats: .png, .eps, .tif, .pdf, .jpg

Bleed is set at .1" per side. (No bleed to center fold.)

Advertisement graphic must be received no later than February 24, 2017.




 Printed Banner Advertising

The perfect opportunity to be seen at All-Con!

Five vertical banners will be displayed throughout the convention; one at registration, one in the Hospitality Suite, one in the main performance ballroom, and two in the vendor room. Each banner is six feet tall and 2.5 feet wide and will be hung from an approximate height of 7.5 feet above the floor.

Eleven positions 12" wide by 8" high are available in full color for $100 each. Your advertisement will appear on all five banners for the single price.

Advertisement graphic must be received no later than February 24, 2017.
